Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Polish version prevails.

1. What the service is and who runs it

The owner and administrator of AI HEY (aihey.pl · aihey.net) is Piotr Koczwara. Contact: koczwara.p@gmail.com.

The service offers conversations with virtual characters powered by artificial intelligence. The characters are fictional and their replies are generated by an AI model, so they may be wrong. The characters are not real people and do not replace a doctor, dietitian, lawyer or psychologist. In an emergency, call 112.

2. Account and guests

3. Characters created by users

4. Tokens

Logged-in accounts have a token balance. Tokens are virtual points used only for paid features of the service (e.g. generating photos and voice). They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or given to another person. The token price list is shown in your profile and may change. Tokens disappear together with the account. The service may correct the balance in case of error or abuse.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to break the law, harass others, impersonate other people, extract data, attack the service or force the AI to produce content that breaks these rules.

Messages containing threats, calls to violence or hatred towards people or groups (e.g. because of race, nationality, religion, orientation or disability) are blocked automatically: they do not reach the AI and a system message appears in the conversation. Repeated violations may result in restricted access to the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We will do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the correctness of AI replies. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of conversations with the characters. We are not liable for user content we did not know about, but once we receive a report we react without undue delay.

7. Reports and contact

You can report an inappropriate character with the “Report” button. In other matters (including copyright infringement) contact: koczwara.p@gmail.com.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site. Continued use of the service means you accept them.
